powder coating painted
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin".
That's why we develop to apply the powder coating system on its painting into component aluminum casting as well.

We made a breakthrough for the use of powder coating in painting/ finishing, because there are some considerations as excess, are as follows:
> Anti-scratch
> The use of putty can be minimized
> Electrically coating, where it can get more paint into the metal that makes the color last longer.
> Simple construction painting system and cheaper
